Article inventory

Full article-based inventories

Article-based inventories are conducted with the help of portable data terminals with barcode readers.

In this case the respective customer's article master data is transferred to our portable data terminals prior to the inventory.
When the articles are scanned they are directly compared with the master data. That way non-listed articles are immediately identified and then re-processed.

The results provide high explanatory power and can be used immediately without any noteworthy additional effort.

In certain circumstances it is also possible to conduct an article-based inventory without the presence of article master data.

Product group inventory

Inventories based on productgroups

Contrary to article-based inventories, goods are recorded according to customer-defined product groups, department numbers or product range areas.

The counting is conducted with our portable data terminals and can range from mere VAT identification to any number of product groups to mixed variants.

Sample inventory

The alternative to the full inventory

Sample inventories can be carried out on a product group basis with little effort and expense. In cooperation with Stat Control GmbH we conduct sample inventories where data results are extrapolated with the help of mathematical-statistical methods.

Depending on the kind and size of the inventory range, suitable intervals are determined before the actual inventory takes place. Based on these intervals, a time-limited inventory will be conducted.

The results are examined and then extrapolated with the help of "STAVER", a sample inventory system of Stat Control GmbH. Auditing group KPMG has certified "STAVER".

Fixed-asset inventory

Inventory of fixed assets

Apart from our floating assets inventories we also offer fixed-asset inventories tailored to our customers' needs. These fixed-asset inventories are neutral, effective and reliable.

In form of an initial data recording if no suitable data stock is available and, possibly, if there has been no labelling of assets yet.

In form of an existing data stock (target data), which will then be synchronised with the actual stock by means of procedures specifically tailored to our customers' needs.
